Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Operations Assistant at TriAim Enterprise. The Business Operations Assistant will support day-to-day operations, assist in supply chain coordination, manage documentation, and ensure smooth workflow across departments. This role involves handling administrative tasks, maintaining records, coordinating with vendors and customers, and assisting in inventory planning. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced chemical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Coordinate and track domestic and international orders to ensure timely processing, fulfilment, and delivery while maintaining accurate inventory levels.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers/vendors, ensuring smooth supply chain operations, competitive pricing, and quality assurance.
  • Ensure compliance with domestic and international regulations, handling all necessary documentation such as purchase orders, invoices, customs declarations, and bills of lading.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, resolving issues related to orders, logistics, and product specifications.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for improving operational efficiency, tracking performance metrics, and forecasting needs.
  • Analyze operational data, generate insights to drive improvements, and prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues and risks in both domestic and international supply chains, ensuring minimal disruption and business continuity.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Finance, to ensure alignment on operational goals, project timelines, and business strategies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., in logistics, supply chain, or project management) can be a plus.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or chemical industry.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with suppliers, vendors, internal teams, and customers across various markets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other business tools like ERP systems, CRM platforms, and project management tools.
  • A proactive approach to customer support, focusing on relationship building and problem resolution.
