Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Laboratory Operations Manager at TriAim Enterprise, located in Vadodara, India. The Laboratory Technician is responsible for conducting chemical analyses, performing quality control tests, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. This role involves preparing test solutions, analyzing raw materials and finished products, maintaining laboratory equipment, and documenting test results accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow safety protocols while working in a fast-paced laboratory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process production, and finished products.
  • Maintain strict quality control procedures to ensure product consistency and reliability.
  • Oversee the manufacturing of high-quality dyes, pigments, and specialty chemicals.
  • Implement corrective actions to address quality deviations and improve product standards.
  • Innovate and refine chemical formulations to meet customer and industry demands.
  • Conduct laboratory testing and analysis to enhance product performance and stability.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop new solutions for various industries.
  • Adhere to national and international regulations for chemical manufacturing.
  • Maintain workplace safety protocols to protect employees and the environment.
  • Ensure all products comply with environmental and industry-specific regulations.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their specific requirements and provide tailored solutions.
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve operational performance.
  • Invest in training and skill development for employees to foster innovation and efficiency.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MSc in Chemistry, or relevant specialization) is a plus.
  • 5-10 years of experience in chemical manufacturing, dyes & pigments, or specialty chemicals.
  • Knowledge of ISO, GMP, OSHA, and other regulatory standards in the chemical industry.
  • Strong understanding of chemical formulations, production processes, and quality control.
  • Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations related to chemical manufacturing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication for reporting, documentation, and client interactions.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and laboratory analysis tools.
