Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Manufacturing Manager at Triaim Enterprise, located in Vadodara, India. The Manufacturing Manager is responsible for overseeing production processes, ensuring efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing resource utilization. This role involves managing inventory, implementing process improvements, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for process optimization, and the ability to adapt to evolving operational demands while ensuring compliance with safety and quality regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review master documents for production processes.
  • Develop, review, and maintain protocols and reports as per requirements.
  • Create, revise, implement, and control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Plan and schedule production on a monthly and daily basis based on material availability and demand.
  • Prepare and maintain daily production reports to track progress and efficiency.
  • Ensure all equipment and production lines are validated, calibrated, and maintained in proper working condition.
  • Oversee and verify records and logbooks for manufacturing, washing, filling, sealing, and sterilization processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to ensure uninterrupted production.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
  • Train and mentor production staff to enhance efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
  • Investigate and resolve any production-related issues or deviations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including quality control, maintenance, and supply chain, to achieve operational goals.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA or relevant specialization) is a plus.
  • 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, production management, or a related field.
  • Experience in the chemical industry is preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory and safety standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA, GMP)
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and implement improvements in production.
  • Experience in supervising teams and training staff for operational efficiency.
  • Experience in preparing SOPs, reports, and maintaining production logs.
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, including QC, maintenance, and procurement.
